There is no game on the net I would rather play than this one. Until perhaps SHG comes out (this games successor!) I've signed up to other games before but they can never hold my attention. This game was the first one that did. I never thought I would pay money for online game when I first joined, but the game, the community and the challanges got me so hooked that I just had to upgrade. I now have 2 blue ribbon ranches and it's still not really enough! The genetics are mind blowingly realistic, as is everything else! Breeding and pairing horses to create a superior foal is one of my favourite aspects of the game. Waking up to find little foals I have planned carefully on my ranch page is a joy. I love trying to get the rarer colours or breeding for certain traits to get a fantastic show horse. The show scene is competitive but not impossible. There are futurities, and shows for world champions with amazing ingame rewards. With each champion you breed/show you earn personal points which you can trade for game items worth -real- money. This is the kind of game you can really make your own. It's up to you where you go with your ranch. If, like me, you always dreamed of owning a stables and breeding horses as a child this game is no doubt for you! The community is helpful and safe and the Admins and mods are active, always striving to keep it safer for all. The fact that you are playing/working with other real people also makes it ten times better than any horse software/computer games you could buy. I have made some great friends here. If you want a game with depth, that involves thought to succeed in, a game with an immense amount of fantastic images, a game that is updated as discoveries are made in the real world, a game that is going somewhere then try ER.
